Midwifery School

Midwifery Nurses’ training program was considered a priority from the earliest days of the hospital. The hospital report for 1934 noted that the childbirth conditions in and around Multan were appalling. Much of the midwifery work at the hospital considered of undoing the harm “village dais” had caused. Because of this need, regular midwifery training was started.
